You can register for the 4thBalaton Salsa & Zumba Congress using the form here. Please fill it in and send it back to info@balatonsalsa.com. A confirmation together with further details for payment will be sent to you via email..

Make sure you filled in all the required fields on the form. Your registration is only valid if no data is missing.
Besides the type of your room determined by your pass, we try to fulfil your requests about the location of your room (direct neighbours, floor, facing).
All 2-rooms-apartments (except 3bedroom-apartments) are fit for 3 people. Please do send us your special wishes.
The dates indicated for discount are meant for the date of the transfer.
The further details for payment will be sent to you together with the confirmation via email.
As the number of participants is limited, the slots are reserved according to the order of the incoming payments.
The 4thBalaton Salsa & Zumba Congress is a private event, only people wearing valid wristband are allowed to participate on it or be present on the premises of the Hotel Riviéra.
There is a cap for the headcount, therefore the participants pay deposit in order to validate their reservation. The incoming payments for (deposit) are accepted on a 'first comes first served' basis.
By paying the deposit the participants acknowledge that in case of a step back after 01/April refund is only possible if the payee nominates a substitute person taking over his/her place.
